Katishere routinely ignored possible troop bonuses, and left large numbers of troops deployed where they could not attack (or even in a location where they were useful in defense). Routinely passed up opportunities to break up Dark Defender's large troop bonuses.

Green just got lucky that he got North America on the fifth round and you really can't depend on your other opponent to do what you expect of him/her. If the chat was your way of telling the other player to open his/her eyes of what he/she should be doing, he/she may have taken it differently. Still, this report shall be noted for future reference.
