You never said what you accused them of so I had to assume it was secret diplomacy and or being multis.

PawPaw6 and WS1 are CLEARED of being multis.

As far as secret diplomacy goes I don't see it. You threatened PawPaw6 in round two that if he attacked you again you would only go after him. As far as the strongest not saying anything, it wasn't his fault that the two of you left him alone.
