Aright here we go:
QH is not squeaky clean here, but at the same time this has note reached the level of gross abuse that we hand out punishments for. So this will be Noted and all who have been a frequent visitor to this thread should review over the way the ratings were played with QH and take note of it themselves that continued trips down this lane will get you in trouble.
QH, like I said you havent reached the level of abuse as of yet with your ratings but there are some dubious ratings that you have handed out, from several of us C&A Team perspectives we feel that you have a tendency to rate poorly when you loose a game, which you will need to watch out for and fix so that your name isnt brought up on these charges again where at that time you may be found doing gross abuse.
Ratings are all subject, believe me we know that. We dont take sides when viewing the way you rate people. If we see their could be a possibility of a situation that could cause one to think the way they rated then it is valid. Leaving a 3 or below for someone that won 1 game against you but did it through methods of less then honorable play is a valid reason. As long as we can see that in the case. So to answer that query earlier in the thread its not always automatic that someone is a 4 or 5 star in a category cause they won.
