all tho im a fan of scotty the whole "i accuse based on its his first time" attack should be banned as a means of accusing on cc...

there should be rules to accusing including a need of proof...CC HAS FAILED...in this area and the MODs are FAILING by letting accusation such as this stand for weeks on end b4 resolving them
