I thought something was odd in Round 2 when Green passed up the chance to break blues bonus in Cataluna, despite there being only 1 army defending the border in Lerida but just put it down to inexperience as these 2 are both "new2 (joined within 2 hours of each other). But as the game went on, both these players stacked armies on borders with other players but left 1 on each of their borders together, seemingly knowing that there was no risk of any attack, even though there had been no communication in game. Both have attacked each other in the odd move but only to gain a bonus for taking a region and usually when the other has "moved out" just leaving 1 defending the region required by the other.
Looks dodgy and smells dodgy and their response to my question in game about there being some kind of unknown treaty between the 2, doesn't exactly look convincing.
