First we review the cases with the evidence to pass along a ruling as quickly as possible. If you hadnt noticed C&A is quite a popular place and there are at least 20 other cases that are open right now.

Second it really wouldnt matter in this case how swiftly it was handled cause the most that is going to come out of a Guilty Secret Diplomacy case is a Block from playing together with all guilty participants unless they have continued down this road for quite some time.

Third how did you even come across the game, nowhere in it does it have any effect on you?

Now on to the case. It looks like these 2 dekay and Hammerblow were not aware of the rules, of course they should have read them before playing but people make mistakes. A friendly note to them on your part telling them that they cant discuss game stuff outside a game coulda went a long way here.

Hammer appears to say the exact same stuff on the wall as he did in the game chat area. As long as it is in game chat then your informing all parties in the game of your alignment with another player. Which clears him of wrong doing up until the point he posts about moving troops to Ohio for protection. Since this part wasnt in the game chat he has been Warned that he cant talk about game moves outside of game chat.

dekay obvioulsy spoke on walls openly about movements and truces without using game chat. It was accepted by all members in the 1st game you mentioned so I would venture to say he thought it was ok, hence why he started to do it in the second game you mentioned. Seeing as this is his first infraction and it appears he was not clear on our rules he has been advised to review them and has been Warned as well. Now if either accounts continue to show these same violations more will be done according to the community guidelines.

As for amilo, yes it defintley sounds like game related info posted on the wall but its speculation as to what was really going on unless more evidence is provided. He is Cleared.

Game 4539962 you writen? i checked that game and i was not in it so how i could do secret deplomatie in a game i did'nt played in i don't understand what you said and before bothering me you shloud use ur time for more inconvenient player who cheat really more then you think so let me play my little 4 game in peace and if that bother someone then i will simplely no renw my abo and stop playing that does'nt matter.
