In the game I played with him, the first four turns were mostly in his favor. My first turn rolls were lackluster and he managed to secure a bonus by the end of turn two and secured a second bonus by the end of turn four. At the beginning of turn five I thought I was going to loose and I bet everything on breaking one of his bonuses. Well, surprisingly, it worked and by the end of my turn in seven I had taken both of his bonuses but didn't have anything to really reinforce them with. All of this happened inside of an hour.
After I was done with my turn seven, I waited for diverclint to come back and take his turn. When he didn't, left a message on his wall asking him to take his turn and he deleted it. After this, I left him three more messages and sent a PM. None were inflammatory or rude in the slightest. The wall messages were deleted, I was added to his foe list to prevent me from posting more and this is the chat log after I was foed:

While my exchange was longer, this is not an isolated incident with him. If he was a just a deadbeat or just abusive, I wouldn't say anything. But the fact that he has acted like this to other players recently and has been warned in the past makes me inclined to believe that the issue is worth revisiting.
