The accused are suspected of:
Just a jackass in general. He has had a 20-60 stack the last 5 rounds and will not finish the game. I think he is waiting till I get high rank or something. Which is sortof like backwards point "jumping" or something.

I will try to simply dead beat the game, but I should not have to do this. Plus its a pain in the butt I cannot click "jump to next game"

Perhaps give it more than one turn before you jump down his throat and call him a jackass??
If he holds you for a few turns then sure something might be there.
I dont see why a freemium player would hold you hostage

he could have won 9 rounds ago, this isnt a knee jerk response... He is waiting for more points from me or something. This is jsut like If I was to finish the turns that won the games against generals when Im a cook.

ok well i cant see how many armies there were 4 turns ago. Politely asking him might have been the correct path. Now that its reported if he doesnt end it we can do something about it.
and with this other game we can certainly do something
