unfair player

If you take a look at game 253954, all the players were concearned about Wolf's cheap tactic of waiting everybody finish to start it's turn. Well, that's valid, but I gave a negative to him explaining this point, and saw that a lot of others already gave negative to this player.
Then, he gave me back a huge negative being very unpolite, and at the same time I got this e-mail from him:

why would you leave negative feedback on this? This is just his style of play. Though it is time consuming (which i think is a load of crap) it is still a strategic style of play. I dont think it deserves a negative, but maybe a neutral.

I have read a lot of feedback that is absolutely absurd and doesnt deserve a negative (ex. he called me names). But I dont think yours holds a good excuse.
