Comments: These guys/guy joined my game back to back.. blue gave it to him within 4 minutes. On that game it could have been an honest mistake, but since they play a lot, and diplomat nearly always wins, safe to say it wasnt by accident. I wont waste much on the explanation here... diplomats record on 7 or 8 player games with him is nearly perfect, as long as USA is there. Out of 13 multi player games, many 7 or 8 player games, one of them win 11 of them, and diplomat wins 10 himself.
