I went through many of Bizmaan's games and except for this game that was reported I did not find any pattern of missing 2 turns then playing. I am going to give Bizmaan the benefit of the doubt that something was going on in real life.

As for the other players in the game if you feel he missed those turns on purpose you can rate him accordingly and or foe him.

Since there has been no obvious any gross abuse of the game I am going to mark this CLEARED.
