I've noticed some odd behavior between razzmann and Dylan the great in this game. Dylan the great has yet to attack razzman even though their strong areas (at least at the beginning of the game) overlapped. They were both their strongest in oceania at the beginning of the game however while Razzmann has systematically moved through it, dylan the great has deployed in other areas attacking more or less meaningless countries, not attacking razzmann once.
Can one of the mods please check into this?
