I don't know what a "theat" is. But it looks like he/she didn't like that you joined his/her game and then left. Which is his/her choice to leave a negative rating for. Even when I had premium I would be rather angry if someone joined my game but didn't take their turn, what's the point of joining a game and not taking your turn(Those were FB days though, a much simpler time)?

I would consider that ratings abuse, personally (that's not to say the site would rule that way, of course). It's giving a poor rating for following the rules.

Regardless whether he is actually going to do what he said or not, I would suggest that you still continue with the game and/or ignore what he said. The next player could make another 'threat' or curse, or say something to make you feel guilty, what would be the next course of action? I suggest that you play your game the next time around. You can also put him in your foes list so you won't be bothered with whatever he says in the game chat once again.
