I am going to say they are on the fact that their last game number they created on both accounts are very close together. Meaning the games were created seconds apart.....enough time to log off one account and log onto another to create another game. I dont think multis are smart enough to have 2 sessions open at the same time since they are not smart enough to read the rules when signing up.
