These two haven't engaged each other since round 4 (we're now in the 8th round). I would chalk it up to merely questionable strategy (on mkvsten's part), until Behangdelul made this curious remark: "i think green and i already have a SILENT understanding on Dumfries......as for you..play your own game..."
Behangdelul is unquestionably playing a good game, but the fact that he hasn't attacked the clearly weakened mkvsten makes me wonder. I do hope my concerns are unfounded.
Round 4 (1st round that the users that have bonuses collect on them)
- Behangdelul has 12 regions 1 bonus deploys 7 armies
- Agent Price has 12 regions 1 bonus deploys 6 armies
- mkvsten has 6 regions deploys 3 armies
- Paladino has 9 regions deploys 3 armies
Round 5 - Agent Price has 13 regions 1 bonus cash of 10 and 4 extra armies for bonuses deploys 16 armies and wipes out Behangdelul's bonus
- Behangdelul has 12 regions cash of 10 2 extra armies for bonuses deploys 14 armies and took back his bonus from you and worked on another
- mkvsten has 5 regions cash of 10 2 extra armies for bonuses deploys 13 armies and eliminated all but 1 territory of Paladino's to give you an easy elimination of him next round for his cards
- Paladino has 6 regions deploys 3 armies
I think you get the point.
You have been the leader in this game from the start, you were able to claim a bonus that you still have yet to lose and you managed to break
Behangdelul's bonus the very next round when he had it as well as
mkvsten's. Plus you were the one that eliminated
Paladino and received his cards.
I take the context of what you quoted as it was apparent that they were both going to lose if they continue to break or fight each other, and an unsaid agreement was established that didn't need to be said. If either of them used a PM or talked about it without your knowledge then you would have something.
But you have no proof of this, and their is no trend of these accused of doing this. This looks more like the case that you had this game in the bag early and other players saw this and adjusted their tactics to give them a chance. It happens, their is no collusion here, move on and good luck with the rest of your game.
I would suggest apologizing in the chat to the other players for the accusation
