Why is he/she a multi? Not sure the reason behind this report. Also, fill out the form.

looks like the reasoning behind it is that the account was created the day the game involving them was started and the user happened to only have this one game active. At least thats the perception in the chat of that game.

Not really a valid reason to suspect someone of cheating.
