False/unfair rating.
I played one game with him, in which he won. He gave me a rating of 1/5 for each category, and the comments Poor Strategy and Cheap Tactics.

Hi. A while back we played a game together, in which you won. I was wondering why you rated me the way you did. You gave me 1/5 for all categories. I would like to know what made my attitude worth one star. Also, what made my strategy poor. Just because I lost doesn't mean I had poor strategy, or cheap tactics. If would please explain, I would appreciate it.

to which he asked for the game number, I gave it to him, and he never answered.
My friend rekaj also messaged him in an effort to clear up why he gave me the ratings he did. This is the conversation they had.
my dear sir. I must point out an unfairness if i see it. You have
unfairly charged my friend Fishtail with ratings 1/5 1/5 1/5 with the
last game you played. I know that this isn't even correct because AT
LEAST she had completed 100% of her turns. She deserves more for her
gameplay. She is a good young new player. Look at the rest of her
ratings. I know you are an honest person because i have looked at
your comments. Please be fair and remove this rating from her
profile. How would you like if someone rated you what you did not
deserve?

Sorry, but maybe next time he can play better!!! I was in that game, and you didnt, so dont tell me what to do.

If possible, I would like this rating removed, or at the very least, explained byjricart.
Also, it might be beneficial to other players if you could make sure he has not unfairly rated anyone else.
