A player is entitled to leave a rating that they seem fit, and based off of the chat that I see in that game the rating that he originally had for you before he deleted it was not in violation of his entitlements or the rating system.

Looking at ratings he has left there isn't an overture of poor ratings for no reason so I don't see this claim as being upheld with the outcome that you desire.

Checking the ratings left by Darthvadar, I can agree that he may have given you an 'unjust' rating, probably to some as well. But generally, he is still within reason of his ratings given for the meantime, with the exception of a few. As of now, this is more worth noting.

obviously you did not go over the ratings posted because it was worth noting by those that do so and people have a tendancy to spiral in negative behaviour and his spiral began long before I went at it with him as his ratings received and left both indicate. My origianl complaint was full of merit as the behaviour and play was suspicious, and his gameplay while within the rules was quite unsporting and cheap. The only way I could see someone defending this behaviour is if they are guilty of perpetuating the same type of things.

only 1 pm i sent him. i will forward it, no harrasment at all. i might even quit CC due to this player, he has done nothing but bully me since he thought i was a multi. No fun in the game, he just wont let go. i asked him if he had a problem with me, anyways i will send my pm to you

I did look at the ratings. I can not vouch for someones reason to leave a poor rating on someone, only they can given what they see that determines the criteria to leave it in a given game.

I looked at the majority of ratings given by him and there wasn't an extenuating amount that were poor given the overall total, this is how I came to the conclusion the ratings he was leaving was within his realm and weren't a violation of the structure. If a user is leaving a vast majority of poor ratings then that is abuse, not that he left someone a poor rating that thought he didn't deserve it.

Which given the past beef between you two and the poor rating he left you is why I assumed was the reason you were bringing this accusation to light.

Your original complaint about his gameplay was not full of merit, and is within the guidelines. Granted I too myself am not fond of the tactics that are employed in a Freestyle match, hence why I don't play them, but just cause you don't like it doesn't make it cheating.

If you feel that type of gameplay is flawed feel free to open a suggestion in the sugs & bugs forum about it.

Besides that I still strongly suggest you 2 go your separate ways and stop baiting each other until these things with accusations and PM's.
