This player leaves an abnormal amount of poor ratings. Usually when he loses. He needs a Warning to quit abusing the system.

A quick glance at the ratings he's left certainly confirms that. It also appears clear that many of them are blatantly untrue. I'd like to propose that only players with two stripes or higher are permitted to leave ratings - might weed out a few of these abusers.

Screw that! I'm currently a cook, but I've played more than 1000 games. You're saying I shouldn't be permitted to leave ratings?
