Ok he says evidence in the comments section. It's not exactly evidence because he didn't provide proof. Take a screen shot of the pm save it, then put it on photobucket or something similar. Private message King Achilles with the link or provide the IMG code in the Pm.

His account isnt even a month old yet and as of now hes completed 48 games, yet he has 2 warning's on his name associated with secret diplomacy.
