Abusive chat doesn't bother me in the least. I actually find people with pent up rage, like that, amusing.

I find it interesting to see what direction CC might be taking. The disappearance of Flame Wars could be seen as an indicator of how, if at all, CC is changing. This thread has been left to sit in the Open Reports, while almost all other reports have been dealt with a couple of times over now. This exact behaviour, from this exact player has been reported numerous times, and each time dealt with the same way. Why has it not been dealt with the same way this time?

Ok I get your point owen, he has been reported multiple times, actually now that I searched it, to many. I was just going based off one incident. Definitely with all the times he has been reported, he needs at least a timeout. A ban, meh maybe a ban is fair. I don't know for sure though. Codeblue1018 does get carried away often, but honestly I just ignore it, and see his good side, which is his play. Owenshooter is correct though let a mod/admin decide.
