Comments: Joined same day almost the same time, within minutes of each other. (1st coincidence) Joined my game. (2nd coincidence) Took back to back turns when they were not the first to join my game that started many hours after being created. (3rd coincidence) Now they take back to back turns in a game that was not fast within minutes of each other for two turns (4th and 5th coincidences).
Next this is stated in chat:
2009-03-18 15:00:01 - numberone124: someone needs to help me with James.
2009-03-18 15:00:13 - numberone124: It seems like the only one that can help me is Red.
This is a bold face lie when you look at it since played James has not attacked nor is at a point that is in a major position yet to attack pink (Numberone) who is making the plea for help. I did attack yellow next. Numberone was making a plea for something that has not yet happened. After I took the bait he attacked using one played then in another tabbed browser (I assume, since 5 coincidences do not happen in nature) he at last had an overlapping turn. Of course none of them were stamped near the same time.
Idiot me did not pick up on anything until of course venturing deep into their shared border and finding that they had ones all along the shared border. Now if there was not collusion at the very least you would not split up south america when one is asking for anyone else for help to attack. What is funny is pink's plea for help when he was not attacked nor does attack himself even for many more rounds after the plea.
We had one dead beat and I bet blue is also linked to their account. He played absolutely horribly and basically only attacked one to two times per round and centered on green who is not a multiple account. He stopped showing up after a few turns leaving Pink and yellow in very nice shape.
This is their first time playing together and I bet you their IP's match. It will be amazing to hear that there's not enough evidence to convict them since it is only one game but that is way too many coincidences in one game already.
What I find more amusing is that yes, James Smith in a United States District Court any junior A.D.A. could easily present and convict with so little evidence as I presented above.
BTW they always sign off within a minute of each other each time they play. More proof they are on the same computer.
