Come on, man; The game you mention is the only game, those guys (yes plural) have ever played together and they've both played hundreds), and you base your accusations on the fact that they don't build up one border? Badasha actually has a small build up in Mexico, so that's probably why he hasn't build heavily on Panama, and probably Billy420goat just don't want to provoke a stronger player.

Just looked at the game again, and I think it is screamingly obvious, that none of the accused would benifit from building up at that border. They clearly would be stupid to battle each other in that particular situation. And you write in the chat, that it's illegal to ally. Eh, no! it's not. As long as they don't talk about it in secret, it's fine! And in this situation, I don't think they would need to talk about it; As I said, it's obviously the right way to play not to battle each other!
