2) Everytime I've ever submitted an e-ticket, I get a stupid little email at the end that says something along the lines of "blah blah blah, we've handled this case, if you have questions about the decision, ask Night Strike", and I don't know why the email would tell me to ask someone who didn't choose the decision about the decision.

You've already made it clear you don't want to stay around and only are for a tournament that's coming up. If you don't like how the mods handle themselves, fine. Like people have said many other times; you aren't forced to stay here. As for e-tickets, you must be confusing reporting a post and submitting an e-ticket b/c (and NS can confirm this with you) NS DOES NOT HAVE the ability to look at or deal with e-tickets.

Please actually look at the game logs, and tell me how there was an advantage gained. (the crux of the matter)

Game 4234631 Apart from the very final go and 4 at the start.... nemrehs1 bombarded Feudal Empire 6 from Feudal Empire Castle and annihilated neutral player's troops..........gaining advantage how?

Game 3173268 Again no strategic advantage, as not joined up..mainly just one person attacking and one bombarding like in most feudal war games.

Game 3173449 Round 7 advantage is gained however we must assume that both players were online since

I would love to see anyone try and play a move log out then log in then play a move all within the same second.
No other incidents that gain an advantage

Game 3213336 Round 7 again advantage is gained. However again they players must have been on at the same time:

Bit of a random thing to do by blackraptor58...while nemrehs1 is mid attack against control freak. Again would have to attack, log out, log in then make a move within a second.

1) I feel the judgement has been given hastily and wrongly.
2) I play a few freestyle doubles games and was planning on letting my partner sit for me in the near future as he is one of the people i trust the most.
3) they are my clan mates and were meant to be in a team together for our clan challenge

It's also seems like you're avoiding my questions. I'd like to leave, completely, but it seems like all you mods are actually here to do is screw my friends out of their money, and that's not nice to hear at all on a nice, sweet Saturday afternoon (or whenever I hear this, idk anymore, I'm not in school). I've still seen no proof where this was an uneven advantage.

And it's funny King A says it's "cheating". I mean, asking someone to account sit for them, because his dad is going to be on all day (as was stated IN THIS THREAD), is definitely cheating. Why do we have allowed account sitting at all, if, when someone asks, it's cheating?

Freestyle & esc cards, so yeah, switching back & forth does give an advantage when he has 2 players to chose from and knows when to use the cards & where to deploy for the switch between accounts. No different than holding two accounts (multi) for the same purpose. I agree they would have done the exact same thing, but that's not what happened, it's one person playing.
Why don't you account sit if it disturbs you that much & you're friends with them?

Reason I even put in to have this checked is because it's EXACTLY like someone starting a second account (MULTI) for the purpose of playing 2 persons at once (freestyle mode). Guess Banana & Kotaro should go make themselves some multi's of their own if they feel this is acceptable.

Mod should lock this since [blocked] ruling given.

Go ahead & hate all you guys want, sitting is to prevent missing turns - NOT to switch multiple times from one account to another with focus on a single game. You ask for proof on tactical advantage.....prove one of them would have missed.....that train goes both directions & you would not be happy to see it happen in one of your games, would you?

Earlier in this thread, Nem's stated that Black informed him that he would be gone, due to his father interfering in his play time. Black than gave him permission to access his account for the time that he would be gone. That is the exact definition of account sitting; someone unavailable to take their turns, and someone else taking them for them, to prevent missing turns.

black's dad is on the computer most of the time because that is part of his job. so i take his turns for him sometimes.

Can you tell me where it says that Black informed him he would be gone & that he needed his turns watched?
