By the responses I've got, I think these guys are all innocent.
Mods, please move this to the [closed] section, I was wrong for accusing them.

possibly flavanoid, also, but I'm guessing not.
The accused are suspected of:
Secret Alliance
Game number(s):
Game 3693349
Game 3693357
various other games that some combination of those people have played in.
Comments:
1. It is painfully obvious that pork, eats, and flavanoid know eachother in real life, based on their wall posts and comments in a few games
2. They are all from the USA
3. The thing that got me suspicious is part of Game 3693349. Here's a screenshot, in case it changes:
EDIT: I have since gone and destroyed all those 1 borders, so what you see in the current game isn't accurate. This image shows what it was like before I attacked.

Notice that the border at Byzantium (top left, near where I added the blue star) has a 1 on it, but red (porkenbeans) has 8 on the other end of his continent. Pink and Yellow (Eats and MyTurnToWin) could very easily break porkenbeans' continent, but they also have left ones on that border, when it would just take one or two armies forted there to break the border. Instead, porkenbeans keeps building on the other end of his continent, completely ignoring the other end.
That same setup has been there for at least three rounds with no one breaking red, when it would be so easy to do.
4. That, combined with a history of those players playing together, leads me to believe that there is some kind of secret alliance going on between the players. It just seems unrealistic that they would leave the Byzantium border completely undefended for multiple rounds without anyone breaking it. Plus their history of playing together (not all four of them, but groups of two or three) just makes it a bit suspicious.
I'm sorry, porkenbeans, I hope you aren't offended by my suspicions. You're a great guy, this just seemed a bit too suspicious for me to ignore.
