Is there a particular way that one can check for players who have been accused and/or busted of/for cheating? i.e. is there a list compiled for the verified cheaters? Or is the best way to search on this forum?

It's a mile long list. You're better off searching.

If you click on the person's profile, below the country flag there is a dropdown menu with the user's groups. If "Registered users" is a choice, the account is active. If "Guests" is a choice, either: a) the user has been busted as a multi, or b) the user has been temporarily or permanently forum banned. If you click the "Go" button you can see whoever is in the user group.
