You need use the form, but they will most likely tell you to foe list him and be done with it. They may look into it further.

If you find yourself in a game with someone who offends you, like him for instance, simply add the member in question to your foes list and his/her comments will disappear.

To put someone in your foes list, simply click on the member's username to get into his profile, then click on Add Foe. You can even place a note when you add someone in your foes list to remind you why you placed that person in that particular list.

Yeah, I was in a game with him one time. It was a normal game, and I was next to his armys. I thought I could kill him, so I tried and failed. He got really mad, and did this huge rant and was all like "Str8 foe!!!" Or something.

What I noticed, is if he's losing, a lot of times he'll start ranting about how people are having a secret alliance and threaten to report them. Like, he's trying to bully people into NOT attacking him you know what I mean?
