They are both in 100% of each others games. In every completed game, it has been three player with those two and a third person, and DoomMonkey has won every game. They always take their turns at the same time. In my current game with them, three rounds in, DoomMonkey has North America. I have an army in Japan to break his bonus, and BuenosAres has put all his troops for that turn on Kamchatka, basically guarding Monkey's border.
