I am not sure if they are a multi account or simply team up in the games they play together, but Basically they had an alliance early on and never communicated it to anyone until another player (pero) noticed it and then I called them out and they admitted it, but by then they had half the board. They are both from Belguim and as the game progressed they started speaking belguim in the game chat. I also looked at thier game history and they have played in many games together. I personally have no problem with alliances but as the rules state they need to be announced and fair in the game chat and not after the fact.
