Bonus Value Calculator (with neutrals)

I have added the ability to account for the neutrals in your bonuses.
You can enter number of neutral armies into the spreadsheet now. You can enter up to 6 neutrals per bonus (you can easily add more neutrals by adding more columns, if needed).
Here it is, it has calculations for the current version of Dawn Of Ages map:

Here are the logic used in the calculations. In order to come up with formula we needed to answer 2 questions/comparisons:
1. Compare 2 cases:
a. Adding extra country to a bonus, without affecting any other columns (attacking/defending/neighbors)
b. Adding extra neutral country to a bonus, without affecting any other columns (attacking/defending/neighbors)
1 extra country with 3 deployed in it should be equal to 1 extra country with 3 neutrals in it, right? In fact the neutral value should be less, because players are more likely to attack other human player then the neutral one.
So we have come up with virtual 2.5 neutrals in a 1 country equals to 1 country with 3 armies in it. Example on classic map, if you replace random drop Argentina with 2.5 neutrals it should not affect SA bonus at all.
2. Compare 2 cases:
a. Adding extra country to a bonus, without affecting any other columns (attacking/defending/neighbors)
b. Raising neutral value in one of the existing countries.
To conquer an extra country in a bonus you would need to around 2 armies plus 1 army to leave behind. So extra 3 armies are needed.
To conquer extra 3.5 neutrals you would need roughly 3 extra armies, accounting for the likeliness to attack other human player then the neutral one.
So one extra country equals 3.5 extra neutrals in the existing country. For example on the classic map, adding Chili to SA is an equivalent to 2.5+3.5=6 neutrals in Argentina.
Hence the formula: (x-2.5)/3.5*1.5
where X is number of neutrals in a territory,
2.5 is base neutral level comparison
3.5 is neutral divider comparison
1.5 is extra territory value from the existing spreadsheet (column D).
The result of this formula is added to the sum of all other factors.
