a revamp has in the works for over 7 months but it doesn't look too good imho.

here's the thread of the revamp http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23932

Yeah, I will admit it's running slow and I have been busy lately (actually for quite a while).

Once again, I will offer that anybody that would like to help, take it over would probably do a better job, and it would get done a lot sooner :)

Sorry it's taking so long for me...but I'm not exactly a Photoshop Expert...so when I do get to work on it, it takes a while and still looks like crap

This is an official open invitation for anybody to help/overtake the revamp with the as long as they have the community's and marv's permission. Although I would rather just have the help to get me pushed in the right path, or to show be better techniques, if this is something that the community wants really bad I am willing to give it up so that the community will be happier faster.

Very serious. I don't mind the pixilated style of the borders and strong colors. It's probably just nostalgia since when I first joined the site, that was one map that I played the most. But it's plain and simple and straightforward. I like as is. :)

This upsets me RJ :(

I would of thought a man of your talent would want to see the very best each map could possibly be.

But anyway unless marv withdraws his permission for a revamp then it will still be carried on.
What do you know about map making, bitch?

I would be willing to take it. My wife is Brazillian from Belo Horizonte and She could assist with the geography. It might be more than just a revamp I would want to do, however. Is this project just a revamp of the visuals?

Ah come on now gimil. It's all a matter of personal taste. Graphics aren't everything. The only revamp I've really liked is the indochina, even though the gameplay is horrible and I'll never play that map.

However - I do like the idea... given some clean and some work - it would work...

Marvs is kindof - just a shape in the middle of a flat background?!
