The only way to manipulate a NO DOUBLE TURNS game in order to get a DOUBLE turn is if you are playing a DOUBLES or TRIPLES game and you hold in order to grant your teammate a double turn. I can agree with an arguement against the sportsmanship of that... seeing as it is in fact a NO DOUBLE TURN game ...
