has there been a change with the settings on reinforcements (forts)?
for some reason i thought there was a 999 troop at once limit, and even vaguely remember testing that and finding that it was indeed 999...but more recently i have been proven wrong on this point and myself been able to reinforce ...

quick waterloo question
on the battle of waterloo map, can artillery bombard enemy-marked artillery as well as regular enemy marked territories? not sure why they wouldn't but i have a turn coming up, and it is a little important when i am planning my deploy.

it happens so often that i actually started to count on it in most of the games i play. i only play esc games and usually i try to stay out of people's way and make sure i have stacks in a few key spots on the board simply for the purpose of wiping up when someone goes for another player and misses ...

offer an option under standard games where the person who starts the game has an option to offer a flat number of points given if they lose (maybe put the options at something like: 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100) and each person who enters the game is essentially wagering the same amount of points ...

not really. if you play, and then they run out of time, it flips over and all parties are allowed to play again. so even if you went right away, they would have plenty of time to take their turns and recieve all their armies x2.

in a block situation like that, if team 1 runs a doubles block where they basically leave no time for team 2 to make their moves, team 2 will miss, and then team 1 is free to go again, (also finish first, and maintain control so they could block again if they wanted to). basically a back to back ...

Also, notably, you can get and hold a maximum of 22 cards while someone else is still alive in a six player game. So in theory you could cash 7 sets on one turn. I know it sounds unbelievable, but its a bit of a puzzle how that can happen :wink:
