The one minor issue I have is the feedback system. It's too easy to abuse. People can make up whatever nonsense they feel like. Some have given me negatives because I beat them in a game. I got a negative because I gave a guy a neutral. He started harassing me to make me change it, then he gave me ...

If you can't get someone to babysit your account, the best thing is to announce in all of your games that you're going to be away and that you're sorry for any inconvenience caused

I'm all for the Naming and Shaming of cheaters/abusers. I don't see a problem with having that particular avenue for reporting to the Mods. It's actually better for the community to see if there is already a thread about the person they want to accuse, as opposed to squillions of messages being sent ...
