Has anyone ever started a game and had automatic troop deployment give one player an entire continent in round 1? Well I just have. I just joined a 3-man game on the Classic map and the game started with one player being given all of South America.

I agree that "deadbeats" are a problem - especially when the rules are intentionally abused.
