i just kinda think its BS he can miss every other turn so 50% of his turns and not get kicked

hey im just wondering how a guy can miss 4 turns and not get kicked out? he is playing ever other turn for his defered bonus and its kinda stupid because i figured he should've been kicked for it and its making the game way longer then it should be the game is Game 1886249
