I understand, and know all to well that even though most everyone can agree that this player is offensive and abusive, it will take this to get him booted.

It is a shame to hear that about the re-joining.

This is third premium player who has indicated a reason and their desire to longer have ETPsych as a member of this community in the past three days.

So to be clear, am I to understand that 'common flashing' is not a big deal?

I want to be clear. I am really not trying to be shitty. People can be as ruthless and glib as they want to be, this is a war game. As such, I have played with several players who have used foul language and harsh words and have taken the whole game disturbingly seriously ...

Is there any conceivable way in which this behavior could be excused or condoned by the moderators and operators of this site?
It is not as if this is a first or one time thing.
This player has a long string of instances where a great many other players suffered due to their conduct and actions.
