I think the layout of the map is excellent. Some of the bonuses don't seem to work out.

Particularly, The Bronx.

With the Bronx, If you hold it, all you have to do is take Harlem and East Harlem, and you only have 2 border countries. I'd suggest knocking this down a bit, like a 4.

I thought about that, but first of all its someone else's idea and I don't want to steal it, and also New York is WAY bigger than San Francisco so it would be much harder to get a picture that encompasses all ...
