That's an abuse of a flaw in the system. It's one thing for one guy to wait until the end, it's another to take advantage of Freestyle so that it prevents you from moving at all in a turn.

Check out game 969294 (in progress). UncleSamPresley is waiting until 5 seconds in a 2 player game when I can't start my turn and thus I lose my men for that turn while he is able to take a country.
