Im new to the whole team format, and i was wondering how the bonuses work with 2v2 teams. also what are the main differences b/w teams and standard?

Hey, im pretty new to CC and this is my first Africa game. Map deployment was auto, and i think i kinda got shafted on starting positions. Im playing as pink in this game, and i have absolutely no idea where to go. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Game number is 5683195

I'm fairly new to cc, and I was wondering where I could check my medals progression and the medals I earn? also where can I check my individual map stats and stuff like that, i only know where to type in my user name to see my overall rating, and my user control panel info.
