Re: Murder, Manslaughter, or just a plain old Accident?
Stewart didn't swerve. He did accelerate as a "yeah I got it, eat some dirt" move. This caused his car to fish tail and unfortunately hit Ward. I think it'd be good to definitely investigate this further. Stewart is known for having a hot head and this move may not have went the way intended but it ...

WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE BETWEEN PROVIDING CONTRACEPTIVES OR SUPPORTING ABORTIONS????????????????????????
I didn't say they SUPPORT abortions (in fact, I stated that their "stated stance" was against abortions). Stop putting words into my mouth.
How have we came to that as a civilized society ...

This is a MEDICAL question, and has no business being made by an employer. That you provide insurance as a part of an employees compensation does not give you any more right to dictate what it covers than paying someone a wage gives you the right to dictate how it is spent.

You're arguing against yourself here. Those who aren't ready for the responsibility or don't want the lifestyle change are, for instance, quite likely to use the morning-after pill, therefore avoiding an actual abortion. Meanwhile, Hobby Lobby is actively working to make it more difficult for ...

Re: Hobby Lobby Ruling
So since people cannot learn to act responsible, others have to cover for them?
Yes, IF THEY TRULY WANT TO STOP ABORTIONS. You see, that's the point here. Hobby Lobby claims to be against abortion, but they are ACTIVELY WORKING TO CREATE THAT WHICH THEY CLAIM TO BE AGAINST.
So if Hobby Lobby ...

It's a fallacy to suggest that a choice between two very similar parties once every four years means that the American government is hog-tied and at the mercy of the will of the people. American politicians are just as good at betraying election pledges, passing bucks and kicking cans down the road ...

Right wingers always talking about handouts bla bla bla. 32 states receive more money from the federal government than they contribute.27 of them are RED states.
Interesting, lets dig a bit lower into those numbers, say at the individual level.

Do you feel the WTC managed to get closer to heaven
and therefore needed to be knocked down a peg?
I suppose it's possible that it even affected communication
as the World now seems as divided as ever.
Should the towers in Kuala Lumpur be shaking in their foundations?
Oh I see your angle. Heaven ...

I agree with your analysis but one side question:
