I am starting to play some triples but do not have a grip on the best strategy. The games I mostly play are Seq/No Cards(sometimes flat)/Unlimited.

Everytime I am about to rank up the dice seem to really go against me. How can one fight the dice and one's opponents. One where it's with divided by and continent bonuses, Another with no divided by bonuses, and the other option to be no continent ...
