Re: bullcrap - 1 star for fair play, 3 star for attendenced
How about "The System" ranks a person's attendance ranking. Have "The System" calculate the star value of how much time on average passes when it's your turn. Have "The System" remove a star when you skip turns. "The System" can more accurately rank the attendance star value than people can.

bullcrap - 1 star for fair play, 3 star for attendenced
My previous rankings were always very good.
Now I get 3 stars for attendance. I freaking check CC over 20 times a day. My boss would kill me if he know how often I was playing. 3 stars for attendance my ass!
One star for fair play. what a load of crap.

There's a HUGE difference between playing feudal adjacent/FOW, or, at the other extreme, unlimited/sunny. Sounds like your issue may be a failure to recognize the difference...

"What the Frak" - I am a cook now.
I use to be a Corporal 1st Class. Not the greatest, but something I was proud of since I am still relatively new.
I did well on the classic maps. But I wanted to explore the maps.
So I started playing as many unusual maps as I could to see what they were like. Then I discovered the Feudal War map ...

confused about suiciding.
Maybe I am doing it and don't know it.

Animated Autoplay/Replay of Game after it is over
This might be a silly idea and impossible to do, but it would be cool to see it in action.
After a game is done, go to your finished games, pick a game you are interested in, then click a button to watch the game from beginning to end in autoplay. Some how use the information in the game log and ...

multiple user names - one IP account
At work we all share one ip account.
I have been playing CC for awhile now.
Two of my coworkers want to join also. I told them that I would get kicked off since we all share one corporate ip address.
I kinda wish I never told them about the site now.
How can they join too and we all play at work ...

Luckily I am able to laugh at this.
I imagine you old timers get a good laugh at this about once every 3 to 4 months.

Re: Nevermind - learning curve - dice are acting weird lately.
Well, this sucks.
Slightly embarrassing.
I was getting so mad I almost gave up on this site.
So let me get this straight. I should of conquer space 7 from an adjacent space instead of attacking it from my castle?
I guess I don't need to upload any pictures.

Re: Very serious - dice are acting weird lately.
but the army I am attacking only has 1 army and I had 17 (to start)
why let me keep attacking the same one if I did win and the screen did not refresh?
I will try refreshing after every roll for awhile to see what happens.

Nevermind - learning curve - dice are acting weird lately.
For three rolls in a row, I rolled winning dice and nothing happens.
The dice change, but the number of armies on either side do NOT change.
Then I roll losing dice, I lose an army.

Re: is it fun?
I get pissed.
I am new, so I can't blame the system from what I have read.
Is it fun. no.
But I have to believe it is random and I am hoping when the opposite rolls happen in streaks I will feel like some kind of dice god.

Points Question - for people who drop out for missing turns.
I finished and won a game.
One guy was doing well and would play quickly. Then he started to lose and it was obvious he would not win. So he started missing turns. He was eliminated for missing turns.
After the game was over, he lost less point then the guy who fought strong the whole game.

Seeing maps in my sleep
The past couple of nights I have not slept well. I keep tossing and turning.
I keep seeing vague faded maps in my head with color numbers on them.
Seriously.
I try to think of other things, but they keep showing up in my thoughts while sleeping.
Just thought I would share. It is general ...

I like this idea. A historic line graph of my ranking over time. Maybe on my profile page.
But then again, my rank has been slowly decreasing, so maybe I am better not seeing it.

to be honest, I like this idea too.
when I look at the list of my current games, I will need to play my round in all of them, but I do scan them for ones farther along because I find them more interesting.
