I'm aware that this is one difference between risk and CC, but there have been many times I wished that I could choose to roll only one die, or two.

I'm in a game right now that is in round 27... and one player has missed fully 1/4th of his turns (8 in all). Many cases he has missed 2 in a row, but never hits that magic #3... really slows the game to a crawl.
