Turn notifier
Would work much like the notifier for when you have a wall post. Right next to my games you would have a number which would be the number of games in which it is your turn. This would be usefull so if we are searching other regions of the site we would not have to go back to the my games section to ...

One hour to take your first turn
Make in required to take your first turn within an hour of starting a game. If you cant play dont join the game. I am sick of having to wait for people who wait 23 hours before they take their first turn.
