I'm in game 2040, in my fortification stage, only no countries appear in the move to list, I just get a blank white menu of minimum width. Also chat seems to have gone down on me, which is wierd because I'm also in game 2080, and nothing's wrong.
Um... any thoughts/help?

Nevermind, I'm an idiot, had no adjacent countries...
